Description

Short Title: Digby v Peirse.

Plaintiff(s): Kildare Digby, esquire, otherwise called Kildare, Lord Digby, baron of Geashill, son of Robert Lord Digby.

Defendant(s): John Peirse, Richard Peirse.

Subject of depositions: Annuity or annual rentcharge of 20 marks issuing out of the manor of Bedall claimed by defendant as inheritance from Simon Digby, who lived in the reign of Henry VII.

County/place: Warwickshire; Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1657.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 March 1657 at Coleshill.
