Description

Short Title: Gregory v Huthwayte.

Plaintiff(s): John Gregory.

Defendant(s): Thomas Huthwayte, Gabriel Turpin, Edward Buller, Richard Smith, Thomas Burrowes, Anthony Wright, William Hilton, Thomas Lovett.

Subject of depositions: Towns of Nottingham and Lenton, and the markets belonging. Touching a fair of eight days duration kept at Lenton (said to be supplied by tradesmen of London), and alleged interference with the trade of Nottingham during the fair, etc.

County/place: Nottingham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1653.
