Description

Short title: Markinfield v Atkinson.

Plaintiff(s): William Markinfield and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Anthony Atkinson.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Middleham, in York, touching a mortgage of ground called "Nelholme ", "Water Inges" and "Broadbottomley" in the township of Aisgarth or the township of Thoralby.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 7 July 1647.
