Description

Short title: Spencer v Nevett.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Spencer.

Defendant(s): Thomas Nevett, Richard Bogan, and others.

Subject of depositions: "Joint stock" of £5,000 for the exportation of Welsh butter from Cardiff, Bristol, to France and Portugal. Importation of wines, etc. Price. Price of freight. Customs paid on same, etc.

County/place: Glamorgan; Bristol; France; Portugal.

Date of commission: 7 July 1647.
