Description

Short title: Higgins v Higgins.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Higgins.

Defendant(s): James Higgins, James Bridge, John Beale.

Subject of depositions: Annuity of £20 per annum set out of lands and tenements in Eastmore [Eastnor] (Herefordshire), settled by Thomas Higgins, of Eastmore [Eastnor], upon his third son James Higgins (defendant).

County/place: Gloucestershire; Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1647.
