Short title: St John v Smyth.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John St John, kt and bart Susan Gray, widow.

Defendant(s): Thomas Smyth, John Martyn.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Wandlesworth and Batersee, "Dunsford Farm" and 40 acres of land in Dunsford, called "The King's Land." Metes and bounds. Value.

County/place: Surrey.

Date of commission: 28 November 1644.
