Short title: Swale v Vavasour.

Plaintiff(s): John Swale.

Defendant(s): Thomas Vavasour, Thomas Harrison, Robert Wright, Marmaduke Pallaser, ChriSt Ripley, John Flesher, Christopher Lofthouse.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of South Staiveley alias Kirke Staiveley (Yorkshire), and "Cayton Grange ", "Mawdleys" in the parish of South Staiveley. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 29 June 1642.
