Description

Short title: Dean of the Cathedral of Ely v March.

Plaintiff(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity of Ely.

Defendant(s): William March, Thomas Hoby.

Subject of depositions: "Ancient Causeways" one leading from Ely to Stuntney, and another from Stuntney to Soham (called Soham Causeway). Right of way. Repairs to be made by Winford parsonage.

County/place: Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 30 June 1642.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 October 1642 at Ely.
