Short title: Wroth v Pomroy.

Plaintiff(s): John Wroth and his wife Anne.

Defendant(s): John Pomroy and his wife Alice, Isabel Smales, William Cuthbert, Thomas Clark, clerk, and his wife Elizabeth, Thomas Clark, clerk, and his wife Anne.

Subject of depositions: Estate, debts, etc. of William Humfrey, of Rotherham, deceased (late Deputy-Receiver to Joshua Galliard (plaintiff's late husband), his Majesty's Receiver-General, for the counties of Notts and Derby), including lands, etc. in Beverley, Molscroft, Elsternwick Great Burswick field, Elsternwick Little Burswick field, Elsternwick Bramer, Elsternwick Sandwath, and Elsternwick Bownhill, in Holderness (Yorkshire), Steckling, Hambleton.

County/place: Yorkshire.
