Plaintiff(s): John Manby, DD.

Defendant(s): John Wright, John Williams, John Barnes, Cathe. Perse, John Phillip, Richard Graves, Thomas Lovell, Richard Umphrie, George Lippen, Thomas Dowsing, John Mayes, Richard Mathewe, William Annis, Thomas Lucket. Anthony Munnes, Thomas Hobson.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage, town, and parish of Cottenham, in Cambridge, and the hamlet of Westwick (particularly touching "Smithy Fenn "). Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 23 May 1642.
