Short title: Lavington v Rogers.

Plaintiff(s): Miles Lavington.

Defendant(s): Brian Rogers, William Pennoyer.

Subject of depositions: Tobacco landed at the Custom House, Bristol, in the year 14 Chas I out of the ships "Prudence ", "Welcome" and "James." Value of same.
