Description

Short title: Attorney General v Turlington.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General), at the relation of Robert Girling.

Defendant(s): William Turlington, Robert Bavand.

Subject of depositions: Liability of the inhabitants of the parts of Holland (Lincolnshire) to be charged with the providing of "20 fatt oxen and 200 sheep for composic' on provision of beeves and muttons to be delivered at Courte into the office of the acckatery (purveyorship) for the service of His Mat'ies household." Touching two messuages and marsh grounds in Holbeach (Lincolnshire).
