Description

Short title: Stocker v Gostwick.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Stocker.

Defendant(s): William Gostwick, Joseph Walter, Bachelor of Divinity, William Anglesey.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Eaton Socon (Bedford) lately belonging to William Anglesey, of Wiboston, outlawed for "battery" against William Stocker (plaintiff's brother), deceased, and thelast will and testament of outlaw.

County/place: Bedfordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1640.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 April 1640 at Bedford.
