Description

Short title: Lord Roberts v Bancroft.

Plaintiff(s): John Lord Roberts.

Defendant(s): Margaret Bancroft, widow, Francis Blewett and his wife Dame Jane, Samuel Pendarvis, William Bickford, John Penrose.

Subject of depositions: Manors of "Predanneck Wartha" and "Predanneck Woolas" formerly belonging to Sir John Killigrew, knight (late husband of defendant Jane), Value, etc. Extent upon manors for a debt to one Tasbro'.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 12 February 1640.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 April 1640 at Helston.
