Short title: Heveningham v WEntworth.

Plaintiff(s): William Heveningham.

Defendant(s): Sir John Wentworth, kt, Robert Mellinge, Allen Ellis and his wife Elizabeth.

Subject of depositions: Half hundreds of Lovinglond and Mutford, and the manors, etc. of Somerleyton, Ashby, and the wastes belonging. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Right of fishing, etc.
