Plaintiff(s): George Ward.

Defendant(s): Isaac Newton, Robert Bushell, Mary Green, widow.

Subject of depositions: Two crofts of land in Whitby, in York. Whether formerly belonging to the monastery of Whitby, and lately in the possession of the Moreton family.
