Description

Short title: Walthall v Sands.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Walthall, Dame Dorothy White, Sir Thomas Metham, kt.

Defendant(s): Martin Sands.

Subject of depositions: Late collegiate or cathedral church of Howden, and the prebends of Thorpe Skelton, Howden, Burnby, and Saltmarsh. Repair of the chancel of the parish church of Howden. Value of thelands belonging to the prebends.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1638.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 April 1638 at Howden.
