Short title: Attorney General v Clare.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General), by information.

Defendant(s): Sir Ralph Clare, K.B. (chief keeper of His Majesty's Park of Bewdley), William Cantrell and Francis Cantrell (underkeepers of the Park).

Subject of depositions: His Majesty's Park of Bewdley, in Worcester. Alleged waste and spoil of woods. Neglect.
