Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney - General), Sir John Baker, kt, Robert Hodges, John Hodges, and his wife Mary -, by information.

Defendant(s): Robert Multon, Sir Thomas Walsingham, kt, Sir John Sedley, kt and Bart.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the manor of East Peckham (Kent) (formerly belonging to Sir Thomas Wyatt attainted), and the manor of Hunton (Kent), the manors of Bempsted and West Farleigh, and lands in Teston, Loose, and Marden (Kent), etc. Value, etc. Survey.
