Short title: Attorney General v Courtopp.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney - General), and Sir Thomas Coventry, kt (late Attorney General).

Defendant(s): John Courtopp.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage of St Mary Bredney, and the parishes of St Mary Bredney alias Bredden, and St George the Martyr, in the city of Canterbury.Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Tithes.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 28 November 1637.
