Short title: Bagot v Fleetwood.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Harvey Bagot, bart Nicholas Lathrop, Edward Sherratt, the elder, Richard Bott, Francis Sherratt, William Sherratt, John Brown, John Margerison.

Defendant(s): Sir Richard Fleetwood, bart Thomas Eyre, Thomas Fleetwood.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Leigh and the hundred of Totmanslaw, the manor of Field and the hamlets of Bromeshall, Gratwick, Teane, Carswall, Fosbrook, Ileham, Chedall, Dilhorne, Ellaston, Grindon, Okeover, Castorn, Cauldon, and Chedulton. Customs of manors.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1637.
