Short title: Strode v Levingstone.

Plaintiff(s): William Strode.

Defendant(s): James Levingstone, William Dowthwaite.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Streate (Somerset), and the wastes, woods, and commons belonging. Commons of pastures and estovers. Alleged waste and spoil of woods, etc.
