Description

Short title: Boscawen v Pluncket.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Boscawen, Christopher Furlong, Walter Pennarth.

Defendant(s): James Pluncket, Thomas St Awbyn, Thomas Ceely, George Spry, John Spry, Thomas Hawkins.

Subject of depositions: Messuages called "Tregoose" in the parish of Feock, and "Kellymack" in the parish of Key; reputed parcels of Landagay Manor, and lately belonging to Francis and Charles Treggan.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 6 July 1636.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 September 1636 at Tregony.
