Description

Short title: Berkinhead v Annyon.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Berkinhead, administrator of the goods and chattels of Dorothy Golborn, widow of John Golborne.

Defendant(s): Richard Annyon, younger brother of William Annyon.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement in the city of Chester. Arrears of rent claimed by defendant out of the estate of John Golborne under a lease.
