Description

Short title: Saunderson v Kent.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Saunderson.

Defendant(s): George Kent, William Kent, George Hookam, Richard Smyth, Nicholas Atkinson.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Kirton in Lindsey, in Lincoln. Custom of "suit and grist" to the ancient mills there, parcel of the manor; and new mills erected by defendants.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1635.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 January 1636 at Kirton.
