Defendant(s): The mayor and burgesses of the town of Kingston-on-Hull, Sir John Lister, kt, Nicholas Denman, mayor, Henry Barnard, James Watkinson, John Ramsdale alias Ramsden, Coniston Wrightington, Joseph Thwing, Alexander Swan, William Popple, John White, William Foxley, Hugh Turton, Peregrine Pelham.
