Description

Short title: Lloyd v William.

Plaintiff(s): John Lloyd and his wife Margaret.

Defendant(s): David William, William Lloyd alias Cook, Patrick Jevan, Humfrey ap Jevan ap Moris, William ap Jevan ap William, John Edwards, Owen Griffith, Rees ap Owen, David William.

Subject of depositions: Water grist mill called the Mill of Llanegryn, in the townshipof Rythryw (Merionethshire), lately belonging to Sir John Lloyd, deceased (father of the plaintiff Margaret). Custom of "suit and grist" of the inhabitants of Pennarth, Morva, Manniog (and comot of Talypont) to the mill.

County/place: Merionethshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1634.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 January 1635 at Llanegryn.
