Description

Short title: Plompton v Rutter.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Edward Plompton, kt, William Stillington.

Defendant(s): John Rutter.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Watterton (Lincolnshire). Touching grounds called "Watterton Carr" the "Warpes" or "Moorfield" the lordship of Amcotes, parishes of Luddington and Garthorp (Lincolnshire). Metes and bounds. Common of pasture.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1634.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 January 1635 at Croshonshead.
