Description

Short title: Duncombe v Bell.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Duncombe and his wife Hester.

Defendant(s): Sir Robert Bell, kt, Margaret Parker (widow), late wife of Giles Parker, deceased.

Subject of depositions: Leases of the castle, mansion house, land, tithes, etc. in Crake, Stockton, and Norton (Durham and York), lately belonging to John Theaker, the elder, and his wife Winifred.

County/place: Durham; Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1633.
