Short title: Mayor of Newcastle-upon-Tyne v Haswell.

Plaintiff(s): The mayor, aldermen, and burgesses of the town of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Defendant(s): Richard Haswell, Robert Atkinson, Thomas Lambert.

Subject of depositions: Rights and privileges of the boro' of Newcastle and the bishopric of Durham, the town of South Sheeles, and the privilege of following the trades of blacksmith, anchorsmith.

County/place: Northumberland; Durham.
