Short title: Typton v Stone.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Typton, bailiff of the rape of Lewes, John Typton, Anthony Rice, servants of said Edmund.

Defendant(s): John Stone.

Subject of depositions: Distress levied by plaintiff upon defendant "for not appearing before the clerk of the market for the hundred of Buttinghill, in the rape of Lewes. ".

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
