Plaintiff(s): John Earl, of Peterborough, grandchild and heir of Sir John Mordaunt, kt, and son and heir of John Lord Mordaunt.
Defendant(s): Thomas Cumber, DD, Master of Trinity College, Cambridge, and the fellows and schollers of said College, John Gill.
Subject of depositions: "Chanons Manor" in Stachden (Bedfordshire), and the rectory and advowson of the vicarage of Stachden (Bedfordshire), and the validity of a lease thereof made by the priory of Newnham.
County/place: Bedfordshire.
Date of commission: 10 July 1633.
