Description

Short title: Lord Craven v Hungerford.

Plaintiff(s): William Lord Craven, Baron of Hamsteede Marshall, John Hix.

Defendant(s): Sir Edward Hungerford, Knight of the Bath, Robert Shawe.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Charterhouse, Henton, and Henton Priory (Somerset). Metes and bounds. Touching right and title to a close in Henton (Somerset), called "Truman's Path." Woods, etc.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1633.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 April 1633 at Bath.
