Description

Short title: Brooke v Nickson.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Brooke, kt, of Heckington, Lincoln.

Defendant(s): Robert Nickson, clerk, William Everet, Thomas Skinner.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Heckington (Lincolnshire), and waste and fenny ground belonging called Heckington Fenn, the lordship of Kyme, and the town of Burton Pepwarden. Common of pasture. Inclosure of fenn.
