Description

Short title: Monyus v Harvey.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Monyus, baronet.

Defendant(s): John Harvey, Thomas Cullen.

Subject of depositions: Woods called "Hazeling" or "Hedeling" in the parishes of Northbourn and Waldershare, and right and title to lands called "Ham" and "Westend" and right of way over lands.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 28 November 1632.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1633 at Canterbury.
