Plaintiff(s): Robert Earl of Warwick, lord of the manor of Benifield (Northamptonshire), Newdigate Poynes, Robert Desbro', John Fowler, and others, freeholders of Benifield.

Defendant(s): Daniel Wormleighton, Thomas Barton, Anthony Harris, Thomas Watkinson, and others, copyholders of the manor of Brigstock (Northamptonshire).
