Short title: Attorney General v Viscount Saville.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Thomas Viscount Saville, Robert Benson, William Clarke, Cuthbt. Pudsey, Robert Mowbray, Robert Fawdington, Christopher Benson.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of land called "The Laund" or "The Great Laund" in the late forest of Galtres (Yorkshire), and other lands there belonging to the manors of Easingwold, Huby, and Sutton. Inclosures. Value of late forest.
