Short title: Norton v Kirke.

Plaintiff(s): Simon Norton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Kirke, Matthew King, clerk, John Kirke, Elkington Kirke, Edward Pearson, Tim. Dewes, John Green, Isaac Wood, Charles Kilpeck.

Subject of depositions: Fields, of New Bigging alias Bigging alias Biggen alias Holme, in the parish of Clifton (Warw), and thetown of Newton, and the monastery "De Pratis" (Leicestershire). Tithes.

County/place: Warwickshire; Leicestershire.
