Description

Short title: Throckmorton v Athurst.

Plaintiff(s): Timothy Throckmorton, Lucy Throckmorton, John Throckmorton, William Throckmorton, Judith Throckmorton, Anne Throckmorton, Joseph Throckmorton, the children of Michael Throckmorton, late of London, deceased, by Judith Edwards, their guardian.

Defendant(s): Winifred Athurst, widow.

Subject of depositions: Michael Throckmorton (the father of plaintiffs), deceased. Touching "money, rings, or jewels" lent by defendant to Michael, and money disbursed by him for her travelling expenses from Lewes (Sussex) to Crowchfield, near Windsor (Berkshire).
