Description

Short title: Wharton v Loftus.

Plaintiff(s): Humfrey Wharton.

Defendant(s): William Loftus, Robert Hobson, George Clarkson.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Middleham, and the ancient mills belonging. Custom of "suit and service" to mills. Alleged interference with custom by the owners of Coverham Mill, and others.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1632.
