Short title: Dean of St Peter Westminster v Wise.

Plaintiff(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St Peter, Westminster, John Onebye.

Defendant(s): Richard Wise, Thomas Wise.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hinckley (Leicestershire) and the ancient mills there. Customs of manor. Alleged diversion of custom from mills by defendants and others.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1631.
