Short title: Calthropp v Fairewether.

Plaintiff(s): Martin Calthropp.

Defendant(s): John Fairewether, Robert Cock, Edmond Newton.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hickling Netherhall and the rectory or parsonage appropriate of Hickling, and lands, etc. parcel of the late monastery of Hickling (Norfolk). Metes and bounds. Liberty of Foldcourse. Tithes, etc.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 29 June 1631.
