Description

Short title: Trowell v Gregory.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Trowell and his wife Joan, Edward Miller and his wife Katherine.

Defendant(s): Francis Gregory, William Castle, John Biggear, Thomas Phipps.

Subject of depositions: Lands called "Kingshill ", "Great Puntleaze ", "Little Puntleaze" etc. in Wootten (Oxfordshire), parcel of Woodstock Manor. Right and title to said premises. Customs of manor.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 29 June 1631.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 August 1631 at Woodstock.
