Short title: Lee v Justley.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Lee.

Defendant(s): Thomas Justley, John Beale and his wife Alice, William Wightman, Richard Wightman, Thomas Kirby, Robert Smith, William Haward.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Willey, sometime belonging to the Earl of Hertford, others there, sometime belonging to John or Richard Perkins, andothers belonging to the inhabitants of Lutterworth (Leicestershire). Metes and bounds.

County/place: Warwickshireshire; Leicestershireshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1630.
