Defendant(s): Johannah Taylor, widow of Stephen Taylor.
Subject of depositions: "Borough of Clifton ", "Dartmouth Hardines" and the port and "haven of Dartmouth" and the office of Waterbaylifwick of said borough belonging to the Crown as parcel of the Duchy of Cornwall. Petty customs belonging to such office. Touching a Spanish ship with merchandise brought as a prize by Capt. Stephen Taylor (defendant's late husband) into the harbour.
