Short title: Broad v Blount.
Plaintiff(s): Edward Broad.
Defendant(s): Walter Blount, Francis Blount.
Subject of depositions: Woods called Altons Woods (fee-farmed by James I. to John late Earl of Holdernes), the forge or iron-work called "Cleobury Forge." Touching charcoal said to have been delivered by plaintiff out of the wood to defendant's forge, and the measure used compared to "Winchester" measure.
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 16 June 1630.
