Short title: Carter v Jerrard.

Plaintiff(s): Nathaniel Carter, Lewis Cowell alias Covill, the elder, Lewis Cowell alias Covill, the younger.

Defendant(s): Nicholas Jerrard, John Halsey, William Ramsey, Thomas Barnard.

Subject of depositions: Lands of Edward Covill, deceased, lying in King's Hatfield alias Hatfield Broadoak and Matching (Essex), and in Bishopstraford (Hertfordshire).
