Short title: Walter v Gibbard.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Walter, kt, John Whittle.

Defendant(s): John Gibbard.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Bearley (Warwickshire). Alleged intrusion of defendant's upon various lands in such manor. Tithes. [Lands called "Henthill" are mentioned].
