Description

Short title: Keyre v Deveraux.

Plaintiff(s): Sir George Keyre, kt, one of the Gentlemen of His Majesty's Privy Chamber.

Defendant(s): Sir Walter Deveraux, kt and baronet, William Dade.

Subject of depositions: Manor called Wilbyes, lying in Brundish, Tattington, and Wilby (Suffolk). Alleged neglect of defendants to repair said premises and scour ditches.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 12 June 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 September 1630 at Haselworth.
