Description

Short title: Attorney General v Poole.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General), and Phillip Jacobson.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry Poole, kt, Richard Pitts, Francis Bradshaw.

Subject of depositions: Forest of Braden and the manor of Okesey (Wiltshire), and the manor of Chelworth, and the tenants of Skeyes, Escott, and Hankerton. Common of pasture.

County/place: Wiltshire.
